Mogán

Its warm waters are home to a wide variety of marine species: not only warm-water species but also subtropical and tropical varieties are present, colourful and spectacular against the backdrop of the seabed. Its coastline is also varied with cliffs and beaches of very different materials, boulders, black or golden sands offering many different types of scenery. The shelter afforded by the mountains, the trade winds and the Canary current bring to this corner of the island a climate which is very stable throughout the year with little rain and an average annual temperature of 20ºC.
