Finca de Osorio
Located in the Municipality of Teror, this park forms part of the Doramas Rural Park and occupies a surface area of 207 hectares containing paths, mountains, gullies, cultivated land and woods. In the centre of the park is found the main building with its wooden row of balconies characteristic of the Canarian rural house, as well as a more recent English colonial style construction built in the first half of the 19th century. To the west of the house is situated a romantic style garden. Permission must be sought from the Regional Environmental Office of the Council of Gran Canaria and from the Park itself, which co-ordinates the visits.
Users who plan to carry out audiovisual activities within the Estate, must process the following Authorization Request for Filming and Photography in Protected Natural Area * addressed to the Department of the Environment of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria:
Applications must be submitted at least 15 business days in advance in one of the following ways:
- In person at C / Bravo Murillo nº 23 accessing through C / Pérez Galdós. Low level. CP: 35003 – Las Palmas de GC
- Through Electronic Office
- In any of the Administrations adhered to the ORVE / SIR Project.
- Records of any administrative body that belongs to the General Administration of the State, to the Administration of the Autonomous Communities, to that of any of the Cabildos, etc.
- At Post offices, by Administrative Mail.

Jardín Botánico Canario “Viera y Clavijo” (Canarian Botanical Garden ‘Viera y Clavijo’)
Its more than 27 hectare extension is occupied by an important sample of flora exclusive to the Archipelago (some 2000 species of vegetation, of which more than 500 are endemic to the Canaries) and the Macaronesian region. Permission must be sought from the directors of the Botanic Garden, which at the same time will inform the Regional Environmental Office.
In order to request authorization for filming, photographic sessions and similar artistic activities within the grounds of the “Viera y Clavijo” Canarian Botanical Garden, an application must be made using the online form available on the following website: http://www.jardincanario.org/solicitud-para-otros-usos
Applications will be submitted at least one week in advance of the scheduled date for the activity.
All authorized activities will be subject to strict compliance with the rules to ensure the better enjoyment of the Canarian Botanical Garden “Viera y Clavijo”.
